LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit to find a talented Grants & Contracts Administrator. This role will manage the full lifecycle of city, state, federal, and private grants and contracts. 4 days work on site, one day work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee grant and contract execution, renewals, and compliance
• Maintain government portal access and ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel for timely processing
• Track deadlines, manage budgets, and support reporting and audits

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of nonprofit grant/contract management experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and government grant platforms (e.g., Passport, SFS)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
