About the Organization & Opportunity:
- Our client is a well-established nonprofit organization located in Midtown, Manhattan.
- This position will be fully on-site, Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to two C-Level Executives including planning and executing travel arrangements, calendar management and presentation preparation, and ad hoc administrative requests
- Support grants database/grantee data such as gathering necessary information for due diligence, organizing proposals, award letters, etc.
- Running reports as needed for senior management
Experience preferred:
- Excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
