Grain Operations Supervisor Trainee - the andersons : Job Details

Of Grain Operations Supervisor Trainees include:Motivate, train, develop, and lead team of hourly personnel at facility. Partner with merchandising team to coordinate all transportation and maintenance needs for the facility to ensure on-time deliveries. Develop knowledge of product quality, quantity, and inventories. Establish, promote, and enforce a culture of safety amongst a diverse team. Develop leadership skills to provide a base knowledge for future management opportunities. For the Grain Operations Supervisor Trainee program, we are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:A Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Business Management, or related field. One year of relevant work experience or internships. Fluent in English, knowledge of second language is a plus. Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate.
