Grain Inspector - Part Time Afternoon - Eurofins Scientific : Job Details

Overall Objectives and Responsibilities. Grain Inspectors take on a diverse set of responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of the facility, which includes tasks such as sample probing, commodity grading, testing, as well as general maintenance. Ensure proper flow of sample testing through the facility and steady flow of grain to the facility. Act as a back-up to Grain Prober/ Sampler. Responsible for accuracy in reporting results; record test results and provide information to the client of grain truck driver. Represent Eurofins Grain Inspection to client company by acting as a liaison between facility and client grain company merchandisers. Relay information to the grain operations manager for proper action. Process necessary paperwork required by the client company and Eurofins Grain Inspection. Inspect and grain grade samples in a timely manner.
