Graduate Rock Bar - Food Runner - SCHULTE : Job Details

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Food Runner to join Graduate Hotel East Lansing and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

Greet and welcome our guests

Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs

Assists with bussing and resetting tables throughout service

Thoroughly understands menu offerings and can speak to each item knowledgeably to customers

Ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them.

Be a spokesperson for the community and be able to know local spots to recommend.

Complete side work duties

Assist wait staff as needed

Follow uniform and grooming specifications

Other duties as assigned

1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred

Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable)

Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Able to work flexible hours and shifts

Ability to communicate effectively verbally

Team player

Ability to multi-task
