Graduate Enrollment Coordinator
Baylor University is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Coordinator for the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences.
A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience.
Additional requirements:
- Strong technical/computer skills, good analytical skills

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Accurately estimates timelines and meets deadlines
What You Will Do:
- Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective students
- Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries pertaining to prospective students
- Implement targeted calling/e-mail/mail campaigns to shape enrollment goals
- Support the program through managing data in the CRM that will enable effective communication and acceptance of prospective students and admits
- Evaluate and process data from completed applications into the student information systems to meet operational goals of accuracy and speed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and admissions of students to the program
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
