Conducts organizational studies and evaluations on office procedures providing technical assistance and developing procedures to assist the Division of State Lands to operate more efficiently and effectively. The position consults, analyzes, and exercises project management of work related to the issuance, modification, cancellation and/or renewal of revenue generating leases, easements, conservation easements, use agreements, management agreements, deeds and consent of use, that require authorization from the Board of Trustees and/or through delegation of authority. Collects, organizes, evaluates, researches, modifies and analyzes problems and requests that require authorization from the Board of Trustees and/or through delegation of authority for accuracy, completeness and consistency with statutes, rules, bureau and departmental procedures and policies.
