As a detail-oriented Associate, you'll ensure seamless travel logistics and contribute to strategic operational practices, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Corporate Governance Program.
As a Governance Executive Assistant in the Corporate Legal Governance Board Program Team, you will be instrumental in coordinating travel arrangements for our Board of Directors and assisting with the preparation for Board and Committee meetings. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to the strategic processes and communications related to the Board/Committees.
