Job Duties & Responsibilities. Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student. Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of swing / game, get to root of students lesson goals, and act as Trusted Advisor for each respective student. The Golf Professional will seek out information and opportunities to develop self to become a better teacher. Ensure teaching concepts are directed toward students understanding and adjust teaching style to best facilitate students learning. The Golf Professional is continuously looking for new and creative ways to build a robust student base, striving to meet and exceed the financial and metric goals for the role. The Golf Pro is directly involved in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to teach, support, and spread awareness of the Golf Galaxy experience.
