• Lead the Golf Experience Team to ensure guest satisfaction and engagement by showcasing all aspects of golf and Five Iron offerings.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food and beverage options, to confidently sell and cross-sell.
• Act as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology to enhance guest experience and connect guests with additional offerings.
• Manage the sales and execution of leagues and tournaments throughout the year.
• Build community relationships, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
• Ensure guest enjoyment and satisfaction, taking pride in each guest's experience.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.

$50k Base Salary + Commission (Total OTE: $90k)
