OVERVIEW:

As a key member of our store team, you will create memorable shopping experiences for our customers through your dedication to assistance, comprehensive knowledge of our products, and commitment to high standards of presentation and brand execution.

• Welcome every customer with a friendly greeting and proactively assist them to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience.

• Maintain our store's merchandising standards by adhering to established guidelines for product display, signage, pricing, and inventory management.

• Encourage participation in company programs, including loyalty programs, warranty offers, and credit card enrollment.

• Follow all safety and operational policies to ensure a secure shopping environment while keeping company information confidential.

• Foster an inclusive atmosphere in the store where all teammates and customers feel valued and respected.

• Take a collaborative approach to support your teammates across different areas of the store.

• Perform additional tasks as requested by management to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

• Experience in the golf industry is a plus.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 35 lbs, up to 5 times per hour.

• Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours.

• Capability to repetitively perform tasks for short durations, up to 2 hours continuously.

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50. Actual starting pay may vary based on location, experience, and position. Position offers will at least meet the local minimum wage requirements.
