The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a full-time Lead EVS Attendant position in the commercial cleaning of Casinos and Resorts in Tunica, MS. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FULL-TIME EVS LEAD

As a full-time Lead, you are the front-line support structure for our team members and our clients. You arrive for your shift early, getting pass down information from the previous shift. You meet with your team, set them up for success, and put them in motion, pitching in where needed. You are responsible for inspecting public areas and team members' work to make sure quality standards are met and exceeded while reinforcing TBC's 5-Star Hospitality Training Focus on Customer Service Satisfaction. You are also responsible for inventory control, participating in TBC employee recognition & rewards, reinforcing our corporate safety culture and regulatory policies, while delivering superior client and team member service.

Qualifications For a Full-time Lead/Supervisor/Manager

• 21 years old or older.
• High School education or GED.
• Two-Three years prior public area, housekeeping, or cleaning supervisory experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with Front and Back of House Operations in Hotels.
