Job Summary:As the Strategy Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and achieve client objectives. With 7-10 years of experience, this role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights. You will work closely with account, creative, and production teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of strategists, providing guidance and support to ensure that all strategic initiatives are aligned with client goals. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
