Job Title: Glovia ERP Developer

Location: Brea, CA (Hybrid – at least two days per week)

Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 (Depending on Experience and Skill)

Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Integration

• Develop and maintain custom modules in Glovia ERP
• Enhance functionality using SQL, PL/SQL, and PRO-IV SuperLayer
• Integrate Glovia with enterprise systems such as PIM and WMS

Technical Support & Optimization

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP system issues
• Analyze and improve business workflows and performance

Project Leadership

• Lead technical implementation efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and timelines

Documentation & Training

• Produce clear technical documentation and user guides
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems (Glovia ERP required)
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, PRO-IV SuperLayer, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Hyperion or Crystal Reports a plus
• Experience with development tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical and communication skills
