Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a global manufacturer to find a full time Global Treasury Manager in the Chattanooga, TN area (relocation assistance available).
This position will lead treasury functions including global cash operations, capital & liquidity planning and forecasting.Key Responsibilities:
Lead short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
Oversee multi-currency cash operations and intercompany funding structures
Manage daily cash positioning, intercompany funding, and global bank accounts
Ensure compliance with debt facilities and lender covenants
Monitor and report on foreign exchange exposure, including hedging activity and unrealized/realized gains/losses
Maintain banking platforms, credit card programs, and internal cash controls
Drive process improvements and implement scalable treasury solutions
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Legal to support audits, M&A, and financing events
Act as an advisor to executive leadership on capital strategy, liquidity risks, and funding options.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
7+ years in corporate finance, cash management, or capital planning—preferably in PE-backed or leveraged environment
Proven track record in cash forecasting, FX risk management and debt compliance
Strong understanding foreign exchange of multi-entity, multi-currency operations
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required; experience with TMS or banking systems preferred
Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week.
