• 21 years of experience leading complex IT infrastructure and operations projects, including multi-tenant environments and vendor management.
• Proven ability to improve service delivery, lead re-platforming initiatives, and raise organizational maturity across verticals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have:

• Strong background in security frameworks and compliance (NIST 800-53, HIPAA, MARS-E).
• Experience with tools and processes for application, service delivery, and change management, including SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
