Job Location: Menlo Park, California

Job Type: Full-time, 9am - 6pm, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Salary: $263,287/year to $289,615/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus or equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.

Duties:

  • Partner with the sales team to develop client relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for Facebooks customers.
  • Develop and aggregate client and market insights across the region for use across global accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-market/regional teams to ensure client activation improvement, transfer of knowledge, and improve processes and client relationships.
  • Build scalable systems and reporting.
  • Responsible for training, global toolkits, processes and parameters, and best practice sharing to enable local teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead global client support, global campaigns, and product adoption, and build scaled training solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams on local business practices and ensure all teams are aligned and providing the highest service levels and access to these clients.
  • Lead cross-functional project management and own client relationships.
  • Outline measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPIs.
  • Manage and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations.
  • Responsible for revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing targeting recommendations.
  • Articulate and update clients on Facebook products and developments.
  • Educate clients and agencies on best practices, and drive product innovation based upon client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients.
  • Review analytics and maintain dashboards to advise clients, including daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding product adoption and media performance, and setting up data pipelines to analyze conversion and impression data.
  • Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for assigned businesses/accounts.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities across assigned accounts and partner with the Global Client Partner to drive incremental revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field, and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a client solutions or marketing related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept 4 years of work experience in the job offered or in a client solutions or marketing-related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelors degree and 2 years of work experience.
  • Requires 2 years of experience in the following skills:
    • Working with traditional and online media and marketing companies;
    • Consultative sales, analytical, and technical experience;
    • Media and ads planning, optimization, and measurement technologies;
    • Advertising measurement practices and procedures;
    • Utilizing technologies and methodologies to assist customers in fully utilizing products to meet their business needs;
    • Outlining measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key performance indicators (KPIs);
    • Analyzing and managing data driven decisions on revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization, and providing real time targeting recommendations;
    • Creating methodologies for measurement studies with several partners, and using this methodology to optimize marketing objectives for advertising partners;
    • Utilizing analytics and dashboards, and setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data.
