The Software Engineer's primary responsibility is to work as a member of the Global Track Processing software development team to design, develop, test, and investigate innovative solutions contributing to the Missile Defense program. Non-standard work hours are possible during key events, and a small amount of travel may be required. The Global Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications program is a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Critical to the mission is the Global Track Processing (GTP) team, which strives to present accurate global situational awareness via raw sensor data to the warfighter.
