1. Certifications:Ensures that processes needed for an ISO-9001/ ATEX/ Marine/ QAR/ CAP and Eaton Quality System based quality management system are established, implanted and maintained to ensure compliance across GEIS Global manufacturing facilities 2. EQMS Deployment:Leads the deployment of Eaton Quality System policies in local QMS - Establishes effective processes, procedures and methods for the areas of: Control of Documents, Control of Records, Management. Review, Corrective and Preventive actions, and Internal Audits. Including a shared learning of all findings and comprehensive root cause and corrective action for all findings. 3. EBS Deployment:Champions the deployment of elements of the Eaton Business System related to assessment (EBSA/ Op. A EQMS) 4. Building Organizational Capability:Builds Organizational Capability by executing development plans and providing needed training to personnel inside and outside of the quality organization.
