What You'll Do:

✅ Lead import/export operations and ensure compliance with international trade laws

✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely deliveries

✅ Oversee documentation, including customs declarations and shipping records

✅ Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers and logistics providers

✅ Monitor shipment status and delivery performance

✅ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners

✅ Manage budgets and optimize costs for efficiency and profitability

What You Bring:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications like CLTD or CSCP)

📦 3+ years of experience in import/export, logistics, or supply chain

🌍 Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and tariffs

📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TMS, WMS, and related software

🗣 Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills

✈️ Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5%)
