In this role, you will provide strategic HR leadership for select key businesses and functions. You will provide direct partnership and support to designated members of the Executive Leadership Team and their Senior staff, working closely with a network of HR colleagues across the globe to ensure achievement of business results through impactful people approaches. Working closely with the CHRO and designated Executive Leader(s), you will connect business strategy to people-focused work, with responsibility for driving development and incorporating enterprise-wide initiatives. Actively incorporate all elements of an HR generalist role, including leadership coaching and development, succession planning, organizational design, compensation, talent acquisition, compliance, and training and development at the corporate and local level. You will also be responsible for one or more additional client groups, and these client groups may change over time based on the interests of the incumbents and the Company's support needs. Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Base Pay Range: $119,000 - $174,350. The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
