Global Head of Securities Based Lending, Citi Wealth Lending - C16 - Citi : Job Details

Drive the global SBL product strategy in partnership with Head of Flow Lending. Partner successfully with Lending leadership and Client Segment leadership in each region to drive growth. Successfully define and manage execution of SBL strategies, including but not limited to client engagement and communication plans, Banker training as well as managing the annual planning and budget process. Partner with Lending Advisors on origination activity, working closely with Market Executives and Private Bankers to develop and enhance client relationships while optimizing capital for the Firm. Partner with SBL Product Head and Financial Asset Lending Product Solutions on product and collateral updates to maintain competitiveness vs. market trends. Oversee relationships with key clients. Responsible for oversight of appropriate transaction structuring and execution with appropriate risk and return characteristics, ensuring appropriate Credit Policy and Risk Acceptance standard compliance.
