Global Head of Macquarie Asset Management Credit Technology

This role involves supporting development teams, managing multiple business relationships, and leading a growing global technology team in London and the Americas. The leader will collaborate closely with the Global Credit Management, Investment, and Fund Management Teams to drive positive business outcomes.

What will you do?

You will develop senior relationships to understand business wins and transform current models with innovative technology solutions, becoming a valued partner by proposing alternative solutions to expand business reach.

You will lead a global Engineering team to design, deliver, and operate applications and solutions, and set platform priorities, budgets, and resourcing. You'll ensure technology aligns with the firm's policies and standards, managing risks effectively.

Salary range: $240,000-300,000/year. Actual salary varies based on experience, performance, market data, sector, and location. An annual discretionary incentive may also be available.

What are we looking for?

• Proven hands-on experience managing and developing technology solutions for internal clients.
• Strong track record in digitalization, automation, data adoption, and program management, including budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in global credit markets asset management, especially fixed income, private credit, or leveraged credit, is highly beneficial.
• Implementation experience with Sentry and Aladdin platforms is highly desired.
• Passionate about building and leading high-performing global teams and achieving successful outcomes in asset management.
• Excellent collaboration skills across global teams, with flexibility for travel and time zone management.
