Develop and execute a holistic strategy to grow our index business across investment vehicles and geographies. You will be an indispensable resource for State Street IM distribution teams and senior leadership by taking an active role in shepherding the growth of the index business and maintaining close connectivity to the competitive environment, regulatory developments and client needs. We seek a candidate with deep experience in the index business to lead this new team and drive growth across our index business. Responsibilities. Develop global and wrapper agnostic strategy that identifies growth opportunities across geographies, client segments and investment vehicles. Establish centralized indexing resource to drive a consistent and commercially viable pricing philosophy, support real-time pricing decisions, and enhance transparency into deal flow and win/loss metrics.
