About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional leader to assume the role of Global Head of Clinical Operations. In this influential position, you will spearhead our clinical trial management and strategic planning initiatives. As the most senior leader in the Clinical Operations team, your focus will be on strategic and innovative management to drive our clinical programs forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing clinical trial staff
• Collaborating across functions to achieve common goals
• Strategically managing our clinical pipeline
• Communicating progress, risks, and changes affecting quality, timelines, and budgets
• Providing operational insights and assessing trends to enhance decision-making
• Driving vendor selection and management strategies

The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree, with an advanced scientific degree being a significant plus, alongside a minimum of 20 years' experience in Clinical Operations and Trial Management in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector. A strategic mindset in clinical operations, demonstrated people management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment will be essential for this role. You will be expected to deliver innovative and adaptable operational solutions while taking ownership of the quality, timelines, and budgets of all clinical operations activities.
