Job SummaryThe Business Strategy Associate plays a critical role in supporting the group's strategic and operational goals. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business initiatives, preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and portfolio reports, and providing insights that drive decision-making. The role involves significant interaction with internal stakeholders, helping to identify, analyze, and solve business-related issues or transaction-specific challenges.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $150k - $185k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
