Apollo is seeking a Director for the Global Family Office team, focusing on the Latin America strategy. The candidate will manage a LatAm-focused portfolio, ideally in private equity, credit, or multi-asset platforms.

• Develop a deep understanding of the LatAm region and client needs.
• Collaborate with the GFO LatAm Lead to execute business plans.
• Refine and implement fundraising strategies for Family Offices.
• Build relationships with key Family Offices to align investment objectives.
• Work with internal teams to understand and represent Apollo's strategies.
• Communicate market and investment updates to clients.
• Manage fundraising initiatives, including meetings and events.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial services with exposure to Latin America.
• Background in private equity, asset management, or wealth management preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in fundraising, investor relations, or business development.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 required.
• CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or other investment-related designations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database tools.

Pay Range: $175K - $235K, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
