Minimum Experience 20 + Years of Experience in IT/BPO operations Roles & Responsibilities Global Delivery Head will be responsible for leading a large client engagement for DPO. This role has end to end accountability for the program at a DPO level. Key focus areas for this role are:

- Be a trusted partner for the client by delivering exceptional service and fulfilling commitments as made in the contract.
- Lead all Exec communication and stakeholder management within the client organization.
- Build and drive a culture of transformation with the client that aligns with contractual commitments and beyond.
- Drive a strong operational cadence that provides clear status of the service to the client.
- HCL
- Drive Revenue Growth within the account by leveraging the trusted partnership with the client.
- Deliver a strong and sustainable Margin performance that aligns with business case.
- Deliver on Operational, Transformational and Contractual commitments.
- Drive HCLs corporate directions on operational efficiencies, location strategy (Nearshore and NV) and optimized compensation strategies
- People
- Be a trusted leader for employees in org unit by helping people build their career.
- Drive a culture of performance that is aligned with the outcome for the program and HCL.
- Conduct townhalls, 1:1s, skip level meetings with the teams.
Skill set - Necessary Skills
- Strong expertise and domain knowledge of Telecom Network Services is mandatory.
- Experience in managing global operations with direct accountability for P&L.
- Experience of managing complex and large global transitions
- Strong financial acumen with proven P&L record
- Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and labor efficiencies.
