Global Conflicts Vice President - JPMorgan Chase & : Job Details

Review new business opportunities to identify potential conflicts of interest. Communicate frequently with Global Industry Heads and Product Heads to discuss transaction analyses. Manage the business selection process when necessary. Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams. Supervise and mentor associate team members in transaction analysis. Lead strategic projects, including new technology initiatives and banker training. Provide sound independent judgment in assessing conflict situations. Ensure timely completion of conflict management matters. Facilitate business selection conversations and manage deal team staffing. Partner with JPMCs Lines of Business and other control functions globally. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate reputation risk. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions or Investment Banking Conflicts.
