Global Compensation Specialist - AIT Worldwide Logistics : Job Details

The Global Compensation Specialist is a collaborative member of the Compensation team, assisting in the administration and maintenance of global compensation programs and tools. This role involves analyzing jobs by reviewing job-evaluation documentation, crafting detailed job descriptions and defining job qualifications. The specialist will also evaluate and rank positions, conduct pay surveys, analyze pay data, maintain pay structures, complete comprehensive compensation reports, and enforce incentive guidelines to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Responsibilities Validates job requirements by analyzing jobs, including interviewing knowledgeable persons and studying completed questionnaires. Defines jobs by writing job descriptions, and job qualifications. Benchmark jobs using market pricing system and use established internal data to classify jobs. Assist Talent Management users by answering job description related inquiries.
