Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, certifications, or training
Required Experience: 10+ years in System Administration supporting GCCS
Position DescriptionPingWind seeks a Global Command and Control Systems Analyst - SME to support U.S. SOUTHCOM in Doral, FL. The role involves system administrator support for maintaining the GCCS Enterprise servers supporting SOUTHCOM's combat missions. The candidate should be versatile in System Administration and GCCS activities.
Responsibilities include providing GCCS expertise, monitoring server connectivity, maintaining backups, troubleshooting, system performance tuning, coordinating updates, maintaining documentation, supporting upgrades, and recommending system improvements.
Required Qualifications- Experience as a GCCS system administrator
- Knowledge of SOUTHCOM processes and procedures
- Self-starter, proficient in GCCS operations
- Experience with Windows servers and workstations in C2 systems
- Experience with joint service users and organizational structures
- IT preventative and remedial maintenance experience per OEM guidelines
- TS with SCI Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in System Admin supporting GCCS
- 8570 IAT Level II and Microsoft AZ-104 or higher certification
- U.S. SOUTHCOM or joint experience
