We seek a seasoned Business Development Director specializing in the U.S. Defense Sector to join our global team. This role will be based in the U.S., aligning with Ericsson's strategic focus on expanding its presence in the North American market.

• Manage strategic programs and initiatives to drive impactful market development within the US Defense sector.
• Enhance mobile communications innovation to evolve towards next generations.
• Ensure alignment with Ericsson's strategic goals within the defense sector.
• Shape how defense organizations leverage mission-critical connectivity for operational excellence.

• Defense Sector Experience and a DoD Security Clearance.
• Deep understanding of the critical communications market, including industry dynamics, regulations, and ecosystem.
• Experience in business development and procurement processes with government and public agencies.
• Knowledge of operational requirements and complex technology solutions in defense communications.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in US Defense sector business development or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field.
• Strong strategic vision and leadership skills.

• Experience working in multinational and diverse environments.
