Associate, Banker – Industry/Country Coverage with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. Execute a full range of financial transactions, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt and Equity Issuances, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for companies in the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) industry globally. Perform detailed valuation and financial analyses (including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, merger consequences, comparable companies, and precedent transactions) during buy-side or sell-side M&A or financing processes. Analyze accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings, financial projections, and models to support analyses. Collaborate with industry coverage groups, interact with clients, and prepare analysis and marketing materials. Lead aspects of executing financial transactions, including interacting with client management, analyzing financial statements, conducting due diligence, drafting financing or marketing materials, and preparing regulatory documents such as SEC filings, press releases, and merger proxies. Develop expertise on trends and business models across TMT sectors.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field with 1 year of experience OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 3 years of experience. Experience must include reviewing financial models, share capital structures, or analyses for TMT sectors; producing client reports using market data sources like SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ; conducting due diligence and analyzing financial and operational data; advising on debt and equity financing including IPOs; liaising with legal and accounting professionals; and presenting to C-level executives on strategic and financial topics.

$175,000 - $225,000 annually.
