Tradesmen International is looking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around greater Milwaukee, WI. Most positions are first shift with a pay range of $35-40/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Measure, cut, and install glass for windows, sliding doors, shower enclosures, and mirrors.
• Repair or replace broken residential glass panes and frames.
• Install weatherproofing materials, sealants, and protective films.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications for customized home installations.
• Ensure all work meets safety and building codes.

Commercial Glazing:

• Install glass facades, curtain walls, skylights, and structural glass elements.
• Fabricate and assemble aluminum framing systems for storefronts and high-rise buildings.
• Work at heights using scaffolding, boom lifts, or swing stages.
• Read architectural drawings and collaborate with contractors or project managers.
• Apply sealants, setting blocks, and insulation materials for energy-efficient installations.
