GIS Solution Specialist for Pierce County - Drone Special Interest Group : Job Details

In this role, you will perform professional, technical, analytical, and customer-focused work within the GIS Solutions team of the Spatial Services unit in Information Technology. You will serve as a comprehensive GIS subject matter expert, with a particular emphasis on GIS project implementations, drone flight operations, and GIS programming support for various projects as required. You will also gain an understanding of the County's GIS users and current service offerings and quickly address unmet needs for GIS project and service implementations. You will be accountable for supporting the execution of projects outlined in the annual work plan, assisting colleagues with ad-hoc project requests, and contributing to the efficient daily operations of Enterprise GIS.
