GIS Information Systems Programmer Analyst - County of Ventura CA : Job Details

What We Offer. The County of Ventura offers an attractive compensation and benefits package. Aside from our base salary range, an employee with this position will also be eligible for the following:Educational Incentive An educational incentive of 2.5% for completion of an associate degree, 3.5% for completion of a bachelors degree, OR 5.0% for completion of a graduates degree. Flexible Workweek A compressed work schedule (e.g., 9/80 workweek/hybrid) may be available for some positions. Vacation Accrual: Initially 14 days per year; after approximately five (5) years of service increasing to 19 days a year; after approximately 11 years increasing to 20 days per year and then increasing 1 day a year, through 15 years of service; topping out at 26 days per year after approximately 20 years of service with a maximum accumulation of 400 hours.
