The Parking Planning and Policy Unit within Parking Operations, Planning and Analysis seeks a data-oriented professional with good familiarity with ArcGIS to support decision-making related to curb management in New York City. The candidate will manage datasets, perform data analysis, improve processes, and contribute to ongoing data efforts within the Department of Transportation.
Key Duties include:
The candidate will develop methods, build technical knowledge, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in data visualization, processing large datasets, and experience in governmental or transportation settings are preferred. Knowledge of NYC policies and data sources is a plus.
This position may offer remote work up to 2 days per week under the City and DC37 agreement.

Minimum Qualifications1. Baccalaureate degree in relevant fields + 4 years full-time experience, or2. Associate degree + 6 years experience, or3. Baccalaureate degree + 8 years experience, or4. Equivalent education/experience.
