GIS Analyst - Selectek Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Our client in Overland Park Kansas has a need for GIS Analysts. This role will ensure the database and fiber optic network design is performed accurately. In this role it is important the analyst has experience with ESRI products such as QGIS, ArcGIS, AGOL, Arc. Map, Arc. Collector, Arc. Pro, or other relevant GIS based software. Job Duties: Ensuring database(s) related to network designs is accurate/complete and represents clients' needs/expectations. Update as-built information into design software and/or client database to ensure deliverable meets expectations. Conduct research to find GIS information related to road types/addresses/utility information/etc. for the engineering teams to perform fiber optic network designs and/or permitting. Any and all duties related to GIS activities that may be required for project(s). Required: BA Degree focused on GIS work 1 plus year as an Analyst for the telecom industry.
