Position Snapshot:

• Contract Dates:August 1, 2025 May 22, 2026

• Hours:37.5 per week

• Caseload:Gifted students in two secondary school buildings

Primary Duties:

• Design and deliver instruction for gifted students in alignment with state and district standards.

• Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative inquiry in the classroom.

• Serve as a resource for school staff regarding best practices in gifted education.

• Track student progress and communicate with families regularly.

Qualifications:

• Must holdKansas teaching certification with a Gifted Education endorsement.

• Strong background working with advanced learners in secondary education.

• Comfortable traveling between two nearby buildings during the school day.
