Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required. Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire. CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Must-Have: Must be comfortable floating to ICU, ER, Med/Surg. BSN required. Critical care experience required. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Description: Shift rotation includes 3x12 day shifts from 7am to 7pm. Mandatory holiday rotations. 2 On-Call shifts per 4-week period. No On-Call required for 48-hour contract. Facility requires proficiency in multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU, and ER. Certifications by the Emergency Nurses Association recommended within 2 years of hire. TNCC is also recommended within 2 years of hire. Demonstrates behavior consistent with professionalism and effective communication. Ensures a safe environment, promotes dignity, respect, and well-being. Exemplifies healthy relationships and teamwork. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care.
