GFPC 1 - Work-Based Learning (WBS) Program Coordinator - Shippensburg University : Job Details

The Work-Based Learning (WBS) Program Coordinator position is a temporary position. The grant will run from June 2025through December 2026 and will be funded through a combination of SBDC grant funds and Work-Based Learning (WBL) grant funds. This position will lead the universitys participation in the PASSHE/ Strada WBL grant initiative as well as efforts with the Small Business Development Center Internship Initiative. This position will play a critical role in advancing experiential learning opportunities by integrating WBL into academic courses and expanding student access to internships and micro-internships with small businesses. The Program Coordinator will coordinate the recruitment and matching of students with regional small businesses, support employers in developing meaningful internship experiences, and promote the value of small businesses in workforce development.
