Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Elder Care Job Details: • Join a collaborative Elder Care team comprised of 2 Physicians, 3 APPs, 1 RN, and 1 LPN• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide comprehensive care• Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Focus on health promotion and disease prevention for elder patients• Contribute to the facility's mission of zero preventable harm and highest quality service• Participate in creating an environment that exceeds patient and family expectations• Support the goal of achieving health and vitality within the community• Education requirements: Master's degree in nursing (NP) or Bachelor's degree in health/science-related field (PA)• Maintain current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota (for NP candidates)• Maintain current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area• Complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
