Nurse Practitioner for PACE Program- Senior Health Services Clinic El Cajon, CA

CareNational is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner - Senior Health Services Clinic in El Cajon , CA ! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner working with the PACE program. The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of benefits to help people meet their health care needs in the community. This Nurse practitioner with play a vital role in the care of geriatric patients.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $66.00-$90.00/hour

Work Setting:

• On- Site

Position Details:

• Direct Hire
• Location: El Cajon , California
• Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Requirements:

• MSN degree.
• California Nurse Practitioner License.
• Experience working with the elderly.
• Prior experience supervising nurses preferred.
