Geo-Location SME - C T C Group : Job Details

Summary CTC Group is seeking Geo-Location SMEs to analyze, evaluate and prepare recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts in the following specialties: new technologies, geolocation, direction finding, identifying/resolving issues, and new capability development. Locations: Annapolis Junction / Ft. Meade Responsibilities

• Assist others as a team member in performing related studies.
• Under supervision, perform analysis and recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
• Develop geo-location mathematical algorithms
• Perform analysis and recommendations for system improvements and optimization

• Act as a team leader in performing related studies.
• Document processes and findings while communicating potential solutions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

Level 1 Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience with SIGINT collection systems with at a minimum of one (1) years of that experience with geo-location systems or research.
  • Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
• At a minimum one (1) year of experience in: RF propagation theory; ELF-UHF: AoA/TDOA/FDOA geo-location theory.

Level 3 Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree plus Sixteen (16) years of experience with SIGINT collection systems with at a minimum of four (4) years of that experience with geo-location systems or research.
• OR: A Master's degree plus Ten (10) years of experience with SIGINT collection systems with at a minimum of four (4) years of that experience with geo-location systems or research.
• At a minimum four (4) years of experience in: RF propagation theory; ELF-UHF: AoA/TDOA/FDOA geo-location theory.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience with tasking from a constellation perspective (multiplatform and national systems) is required.

Pay Information The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
