The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology provides clinical laboratory services for patient care, research, and education. Recognized for excellence in clinical training, research, and community service, we serve labs and medical facilities nationally and internationally.

• 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
• Hybrid work arrangement (up to 3 days remote)
• Day shift

• Test utilization management and genetic testing coordination
• Supporting clinical tests, research, and quality improvement activities
• Client relations and clinical case review

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or related healthcare field
• 2-3 years of clinical or research experience in genetics
• Experience with lab information systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
