Job Description: Genesys Web Automation Location: Austin TX Experience: 5+ years Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and or Python to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure best practices in test automation.
Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.

Experience:

Proven experience in test automation using Playwright and or Python.
Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Contact Center Solutions / Routing Technologies, including but not limited to Genesys Engage
Strong understanding of web technologies (React, JavaScript) and browser internals.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub.
Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
