As a Finance Manager, you will be a key team member at Norm Reeves Genesis. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by leveraging your ethics, previous experience as a Finance Manager, and existing relationships with Prime, Mid-Prime, and Sub-Prime lenders.

Your work will ensure guests are our primary focus and leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Hyundai experience. This role is ideal for a competitive individual with excellent follow-through skills looking to advance their career with us!

Responsibilities include:

• Selling all backend products such as Service Contracts, GAP, and Paint/Fabric Sealants using a menu system
• Managing Contracts in Transit daily
• Utilizing your experience with credit-challenged sub-prime auto loans and understanding of the sub-prime automotive business
• Working resiliently with lenders specializing in poor credit profiles and sub-prime lending
• Paying close attention to detail and collecting all stipulations associated with a subprime credit file
• Managing transactions from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and loan funding
• Demonstrating patience and working effectively with credit-challenged clients

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Salesperson license
• Minimum of 2 years in a finance manager role
• Ability to effectively negotiate deals with Prime, Mid-prime, and Sub-prime lenders
• Averaging over $1,800 PRU
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Leadership skills in both team-based and independent settings
