Are you a hands-on AI expert passionate about solving complex problems with generative AI? We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to join a dynamic real estate technology team that is redefining how artificial intelligence is applied in one of the world's most influential industries.

This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives on building advanced AI solutions while also mentoring others. You'll have the opportunity to lead cutting-edge GenAI projects and work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your expertise directly shapes the future of AI in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.
• Dedicate ~two-thirds of your time to hands-on development of GenAI projects and one-third to mentoring and upskilling team members.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for AI adoption and help overcome technical challenges.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and generative AI, and apply them to real-world use cases.
• Drive measurable improvements in business outcomes through innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI and generative AI development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI toolchains.
• Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern ML frameworks.
• Strong background in mentoring teams and guiding junior engineers in advanced AI concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with real estate or logistics technology is a plus, but not required.
