• As a HR Generalist, you will collaborate with peers, People Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to propel the organization forward.

What You'll Do

Support leaders in employee relations investigations, provide guidance on performance management, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Mediate and resolve HR-related queries, assist with operational requests, support data-driven improvements, partner on accommodation requests, respond to benefit questions, assist with compensation and benefits administration, ensure compliance with training, support leadership goal tracking, assist with onboarding, and work on strategic imperatives with the People Business Partner.

All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of human resources experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws like FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII.
• PHR/SPHR certification.
• Experience guiding leaders, reporting and analyzing data, and working with unionized teams.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, highly motivated, with strong judgment.
