Position Overview:The General Services Associate supports the efficient operation of the leaf processing factory by performing a variety of essential tasks. This role is key to maintaining cleanliness, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities 1. Picking. Remove stems, discolored tobacco, and foreign materials such as string, dirt, and paper from tobacco on the conveyor belt to ensure a clean and consistent product. Properly dispose of foreign materials in designated bins .. Sweeping. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, including sweeping, mopping, and proper waste disposal. Sweep designated areas as assigned by the JTI Department Lead. Remove and discard foreign materials encountered during sweeping, placing them in appropriate bins.
